Tell us about your experience at Luv Bridal..."Where do I start?! It was actually the first bridal gown store I went in to! Right away I felt so welcomed by your staff! I told her what I was looking for and she gave me an opportunity to also search the dresses and pick the ones I liked! I was with my mother and sister and they helped too! I tried on about 6 dresses and the Madi Lane Blair was like the third one I tried on. It was not initially what I was expecting when she brought it back…I was nervous about the mocha color underneath the decals. But I tried it anyway and it just fit like a glove! I was tearing up when I saw myself in the mirror. As soon as I walked out my mom and sister cried too! I had a strong feeling that was gonna be the one but I tried on a few more and told the lady that I need to get back in the Blair dress and once I did, I knew it was meant to be! Honestly, such a great experience and one I’ll never forget! Thank you!!" |

Tell us about your wedding day!"Our wedding was in Manhattan, KS which is where my husband is from. It’s surrounded by the flint hills… gorgeous wheat and wild grass plains (the iconic look and feel of Kansas!). We had our ceremony and venue at a golf course there and we had planned to have the ceremony outside then the reception inside after. But being in the Midwest, the weather is so unpredictable, and right before our wedding it was super windy, blowing my veil all over and pretty chilly! We live in AZ so we’re used to the heat! Anyway, I had to make a last minute decision and change the whole outside ceremony to inside! My husband didn’t even know we changed it to inside till he was walking down the aisle! LOL. Poor guy! But honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing! It was absolutely PERFECT! Changing it to inside made our wedding feel more intimate in a way, and looking back, that was so special to feel that way in that moment! After that, we took our wedding party on a party bus for pics up in the flint hills and they turned out amazing! By then the wind died down but it was still chilly lol. After that, we went back and joined the rest of our guests to celebrate! Manhattan is in a college town so after the reception we continued the party with our friends at the bar district of Aggieville, I wore that dress ALL night!! Got tons of compliments and congrats and even free drinks from people!haha. I said, “I’m wearing this dress as long as I can! I only get to wear it once!” And I sure did! Best day of our lives! 🤍" |

Juliet's Advice for Future Luv Brides"A lot of times you have something in mind and that’s definitely helpful to start out with but don’t be afraid to venture from what you have your mind set on, your heart decides in that moment and you’ll know if it’s the right dress! Also, have fun!! Planning weddings are stressful, so make sure you take in this moment and have a good time! Lastly, make sure the dress is still you, like you feel great and look amazing and beautiful but also comfortable and confident!" |
